Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
At dosbarras.com we take your personal data seriously. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or fill out the contact form, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it.
Data controller
dosbarras.com is operated by Federico Lebedevski (Argentine Tax ID / CUIT 20-28696644-7), based in La Rioja, Argentina. For any question about this policy, write to info@dosbarras.com.
What data we collect
Only what you give us through the contact form: your name, your email, the message you write us, and, if you select them, the services you're interested in. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics tools: the only cookie the site uses stores your preferred language (Spanish or English) and doesn't identify you or track your browsing.
The video on this site
The "How we work" video is hosted on YouTube and opens inside this same page. Until you open it, nothing from Google is loaded: the player is requested only when you click "Watch the video". At that point we use YouTube's no-cookie mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which stores no advertising cookies, although Google still records the playback under its own policies.
What we use it for
Solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we move forward, to provide the service you requested. We don't use it for unsolicited advertising, and we don't sell or share it for commercial purposes.
Is providing your data mandatory?
Filling out the form is voluntary. Name, email, and message are required for us to be able to respond: if you don't fill them in, we simply won't be able to get back to you.
Who receives your data
Your message is sent by email to info@dosbarras.com, a mailbox hosted on Google Workspace. Google acts as our email infrastructure provider and may process the data on servers outside Argentina, under its own security policies. We don't share your data with any other third party.
Other ways to reach us
If you'd rather write to us on WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, or another channel instead of the form, we treat that data under the same principles as this policy. Keep in mind those platforms are operated by third parties (Meta, LinkedIn) and are also governed by their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We don't keep a database: your message stays in the email inbox for as long as it's useful to our relationship with you, and we delete it once it's no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update, or delete your data at any time, under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. To exercise these rights, write to info@dosbarras.com.
The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (Argentina's data protection authority), the oversight body for Law No. 25,326, is entitled to handle complaints related to non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no site is 100% secure and we can't guarantee absolute protection.
Changes to this policy
If anything relevant changes in how we handle your data, you'll see the date above updated.
